NPBTC Online Show Entry Form

This entry form uses "Add to Cart" Paypal buttons.  You must click on "Submit" to submit the entry BEFORE clicking on  any of the "Add to Cart" buttons.  If you do not complete the Paypal payment, your entry will be invalid.  

 

Please note also that a charge of 50p is added to your overall entry, or group of entries, as a contribution towards Paypal transansaction charges.  This equates to the cost of a second class stamp which would be required for a postal entry.

The Show will be held under Kennel Club Ltd Regulations.

This form must be used by one person only (or partnership). Use one form only for each dog. The name of the dog and all the details as recorded with the Kennel Club Ltd must be given on this entry form. If an error is made the dog may be disqualified by the General Committee of the Kennel Club Ltd. All dogs must be REGISTERED at the Kennel Club Ltd in the name of the owner. If the registration or transfer of ownership has not been confirmed it must be applied for before the closing date of entries. In case of dispute proof of postage of such applications may be required by the Kennel Club Ltd. Dogs under 6 months of age on the day of the show cannot be entered for competition. If a dog is in the process of Registration or Transfer at the time entry is made, add the letters NAF or TAF as appropriate after its name.

Your dog is vulnerable and AT RISK if left in a vehicle in high temperatures and even on days considered as slightly warm. Please take care of your dog. If your dog is found to be at risk forcible entry to your vehicle may be necessary without liability for any damage caused.

Members First entry @ £10.00 for one dog

Subsequent entries same dog @ £1.00

Non Members First entry @ £16.00 for one dog

Subsequent entries same dog @ £1.50

Dogs entered not for competition @ £3.00 per dog

Prepaid Catalogue @ £1.50 (note £2.00 on show day)

Membership is £5.00 (single or joint)

Contribution to Paypal transaction charges 50p. This equates to less than the cost of a second class stamp required for a postal entry.  

Rosette donations are welcomed and will be acknowledged in the Catalogue

By clicking the check box below I/We agree to submit to and be bound by the Kennel Club Ltd Rules and Regulations in their present form or as they may be amended from time to time in relation to all canine matters with which the Kennel Club Ltd is concerned and that this is made upon the basis that all current single or joint registered owners of this dog have authorised/consented to this entry. We also undertake to abide by the Regulations of this competition and not to bring to the competition any dog, which has contracted or been knowingly exposed to any infectious or contagious disease during 21 days prior to the day of the competition, or which is suffering from a visible condition which adversely effects its health or welfare. I/We further declare that, I believe to the best of my knowledge that dogs are not liable to disqualification under Kennel Club Ltd Regulations.

3.  DO NOT CLICK ON ANY OF THE "ADD TO CART" BUTTONS UNTIL YOU HAVE CLICKED ON "SUBMIT" TO SUBMIT THE ENTRY.  

When you have clicked the "Submit" button a "Successful" message will appear on the screen.  You then click on the appropriate "Add to Cart" boxes.  For example, if you are a member and only wish to enter your dog in one class, that is the only "Add to Cart" button you need to click on.   If you do not complete the payment your entry will be invalid.  When your payment via Paypal has been made you will receive an email from Paypal saying "You have made a payment"

That's a no brainer - its cheaper to become a Member and pay reduced entry fees for each show.
